Privacy and terms

This page explains how REAU Studio LTD ("REAU Studio", "we", "us") looks after the information you share with us, and the terms on which you use reaustudio.com. We have kept it short and in plain English.

Who we are

REAU Studio LTD is a creative, marketing and business consulting agency registered in England and Wales, at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at hello@reaustudio.com.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you request a consultation or email us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and details about your project.
• Clients. When you accept a proposal or sign an agreement with us, we keep your name, email address, signature, the date and time of signing, and the documents themselves.
• Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe shares only what we need to match a payment, such as your name, email address and the amount.
• Technical information. Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site secure and running. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
• To deliver the work we have agreed, send invoices and receipts, and keep proper business records.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We rely on your request or our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the business, and our legal obligations as the grounds for using your information. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

Only the trusted services that help us run the studio: Netlify (website hosting and enquiry forms), Stripe (payments), Resend (sending signed agreements by email), Google Workspace (email) and Google Fonts (typefaces on this site). Some of these providers are based in the United States; where information leaves the UK, they protect it with recognised safeguards. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within two years. Client records, agreements and invoices are kept for as long as UK law requires, usually six years after our work together ends.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Simply email hello@reaustudio.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Website terms

• Content. The words, images, videos and designs on this site belong to REAU Studio or to the clients and partners who have allowed us to show them. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
• Case studies. Results described in our case studies are real but specific to each client; they are not a promise of the same results for every business.
• Information only. Articles and other content on this site are general information, not professional advice for your particular situation.
• Other websites. We link to client and partner websites for your interest. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
• Client work. Any work we do for you is governed by the proposal and agreement we sign together, not by these website terms.
• Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
